These terms govern use of the Snooker Player OS portal, mobile applications and related services.

The service
Snooker Player OS provides tools for recording practice, matches, plans, statistics and collaboration. Features can evolve as the product develops. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and any plan terms shown when access is obtained.

Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password private and use only accounts and player cabinets you are authorized to access. You are responsible for actions made through your account until you report unauthorized use.

Training, AI and wellbeing guidance
Statistics, training suggestions and AI output are informational aids, not guarantees or medical advice. Check important decisions yourself and consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

Your content and sharing
You retain responsibility for content you enter or upload and grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it for the service. Share cabinets and public links only with intended recipients and only when you have the right to share the data.

Plans and access
Available functions may depend on the active plan, dates, role and selected player cabinet. Prices, trial rules and included access are those shown when a plan is selected or assigned. A plan does not expand permissions to another person's profile.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, scrape protected data, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or use AI features to violate another person's rights.

Availability and responsibility
We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable from a proven breach; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Ending use
You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account. We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risk or legal requirements. Account deletion is irreversible and is described on the Account deletion page.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material updates should be announced where required. Continue only after reviewing the current version, and use the contact above for questions.
