Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Snooker Player OS processes, why it is needed and how you can control it.
01
Data we process
We process account and login details; player and coach profiles; training, drills, matches, plans, calendar, equipment and wellbeing records; sharing permissions, comments, feedback and subscription records; content you upload; assistant questions, conversations and reports when you use AI features; and limited security data such as IP address, user agent and audit events.
02
How data is used
We use data to provide your account and training workspace, calculate statistics, synchronize shared cabinets, deliver messages and reports, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, support users and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
03
Legal bases
Processing needed to run the service is based on our agreement with you. Optional AI and wellbeing features may rely on your choices or consent. Security, fraud prevention and service diagnostics rely on legitimate interests, while some records may be processed to meet legal obligations.
04
Sharing and processors
Data is visible to people you explicitly invite according to the permissions you grant. Service providers may process only what is needed for hosting, email, storage, monitoring and optional AI functions. Public match or sparring links expose only the content shown before you share them.
05
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Self-service deletion removes the account and user-owned data from active systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until routine overwrite, or where retention is required for legal or security obligations.
06
Your choices and rights
You can update profile data, manage sharing, remove individual content and permanently delete your account. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, portability, restriction or objection through the contact shown above.
07
Security and transfers
We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, short-lived access tokens and protected native token storage. No system is risk-free. If a provider processes data in another country, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards must be used.
08
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product, providers or law change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes should be communicated in the service before they take effect where required.
