Does a coach or parent need a separate subscription?
No. Access to an invited workspace is covered by the player’s subscription. Parents and coaches need their own accounts and an invitation, but no separate subscription. Access depends on the player’s subscription and the permissions granted.
How do I renew access?
Sign in and open Subscription. Contact an administrator to arrange a renewal. They grant an access period and confirm payment separately; renewals are not automatic.
What happens when access ends?
The player and invited parent can view saved practice sessions and matches. Drills, plans, analytics and changes require active access. A coach’s access to sports data is paused until renewal.
