The link returns directly to the deletion section after sign-in. Never send your password by email or chat.

02

Before you delete

Export or copy anything you need and review shared cabinets. Deletion cannot be undone, and recreating an account with the same email will not restore previous data, access or history.

03

What is deleted

The account, roles, profiles, memberships, training sessions, drills, attempts, matches, plans, calendar and wellbeing records, equipment, comments, feedback, assistant conversations and reports, subscription records and refresh sessions associated with the user are removed from active systems.

04

What may be retained

System-wide professional-tour synchronization records can remain without a link to the deleted user. Minimal records or protected backup copies may be retained only as required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or disaster-recovery obligations, then removed under the applicable retention schedule.

05

Timing and requests

Deletion from active systems occurs after password verification and successful confirmation. If you cannot sign in, first use password recovery. For another privacy request, use the privacy contact shown above.
